Massage Therapy

Massage therapy has been used for thousands of years to treat a multitude of health problems. Massage was once considered a luxury just for the wealthy. With all of the stress from our modern world, it is becoming a needed necessity. The list below explains the different massage therapies I currently offer.

Swedish Massage—This is the most relaxing and is what most people think of with a spa massage.

Sports Massage—Irons out sore, stressed muscles that have been over-exerted to reduce recovery time and increase range and mobility.

Lymphatic Drainage—A gentle movement of lymphatic fluid to stimulation healing, reduce swelling and improve circulation. This greatly enhances recovery after injury or surgery.

Fertility Massage—Most of the work is concentrated on the womb to increase blood flow and break up adhesions.
